Investment Committee
Fortnightly or as requiredThe Investment Committee is responsible for all investment decisions, including acquisitions, disposals, and capital allocation across fund vehicles. It reviews every transaction against the fund's investment criteria, risk appetite, and strategic objectives before approval.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and approve all proposed acquisitions and disposals
- Monitor portfolio performance against investment thesis
- Approve capital deployment and recycling strategies
- Oversee asset-level business plans and hold/sell analysis
- Ensure compliance with fund mandate and investor side letters
Risk Committee
MonthlyThe Risk Committee provides independent oversight of the firm's risk management framework. It monitors risk exposures across market, credit, operational, and liquidity dimensions, ensuring risks are identified, measured, and mitigated within approved tolerances.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the enterprise risk framework
- Monitor portfolio-level and asset-level risk exposures
- Review stress testing and scenario analysis outputs
- Oversee operational risk incidents and remediation
- Report to the Board on material risk matters
ESG Committee
QuarterlyThe ESG Committee ensures that environmental, social, and governance considerations are embedded across investment decisions, asset management, and corporate operations. It sets ESG targets, monitors performance, and drives continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Set ESG objectives and key performance indicators
- Review ESG due diligence on all new investments
- Monitor portfolio ESG performance and reporting
- Oversee EPC improvement programmes and net-zero pathway
- Ensure compliance with responsible investment commitments
Audit Committee
QuarterlyThe Audit Committee provides independent oversight of financial reporting, internal controls, and the external audit process. It ensures the integrity of financial statements and the effectiveness of the firm's control environment.
