Over 60% of UK housing stock is rated EPC D or below. Regulatory pressure, tenant expectations, and lender requirements are converging to make energy performance a baseline for asset value. We acquire assets at EPC D/E and systematically upgrade them to A/B, unlocking higher rental values, lower void rates, and green financing premiums.

Design
Bespoke retrofit specification per asset type. Fabric-first approach prioritising insulation, glazing, and ventilation before active systems.
Deliver
PAS 2035 compliant retrofit delivery through accredited installers. Typical programme: 8-12 weeks per dwelling with minimal tenant disruption.
Verify
Post-retrofit EPC re-assessment, thermal imaging, and air tightness testing. Every asset must achieve A/B rating before programme completion.
