Overview
Smart Buildings at Institutional Scale
Thermadata provides the edge compute and IoT infrastructure layer for the portfolio. By deploying intelligent gateways at building level, Thermadata captures real-time data from energy systems, environmental sensors, and building management platforms, turning physical assets into data-rich, optimisable infrastructure.
This data feeds into Sanufa Energy for virtual power plant management, Klarbon for carbon accounting, and Muebox for predictive maintenance, making Thermadata the connective tissue between physical buildings and digital operations.

Enables the third revenue layer in the four-layer model by monetising spare edge compute capacity and building system data at portfolio scale.
Status
Currently in Development
Thermadata is currently in the planning and development phase. Hardware specifications, gateway protocols, and integration architecture are being finalised alongside the Sanufa Energy and Klarbon teams to ensure seamless data flow from day one.
Early deployment is planned alongside the first Sanufa Energy solar installations, where Thermadata gateways will provide the monitoring and control layer for generation, storage, and grid export systems.
